Ingredient used:


- Teh Tarik cookies : 

Flour, sugar, baking soda, corn starch, salt, margarine, eggs, teh tarik flavour, tea dust, full cream milk powder and dark choc chip.


- Syrup Bandung cookies: 

Flour, sugar, baking soda, corn starch, salt, margarine, eggs, rose flavour and white choc chip. 


- Apam balik cookies: 

Flour, sugar, baking soda, corn starch, salt, margarine, ground peanuts, cream corn, sweet corn emulco and dark choc chip


- Nacho cheese cookies: 

Flour, sugar, baking soda, corn starch, salt, margarine, eggs, nacho cheese powder and white choc chip


- Parmesan cookies: 

Flour, sugar, baking soda, corn starch, salt, margarine, parmesan cheese and white choc chip


Baking temperature and time:


Teh Tarik: 140C - 15M

Apam Balik: 140C - 17M

Syrup Bandung: 140C - 15M

Nacho: 140C - 15M

Parmesan: 140C - 15m


*All baked using convection oven
