Question 1 Customer: What is Value Combo? Teammate: It’s where you purchase one big cookie or a muffin or a brownie or 200 g cookies in bag & you will get to add-on one hot beverage at value price. 

Question 2 Customer: Is Value Combo promotion available every day? Teammate: Yes, it’s available daily until 6pm. 

Question 3 Customer: Why Value Combo promotion is only available until 6pm? Teammate: It is our promotional mechanic that caters until tea time only. 

Question 4 Customer: Why there are 3 different prices? Teammate: it’s because all our hot beverages come with 3 different normal pricing. 

Question 5 Customer: This promotion only includes 200gm cookies, Brownie/Muffin and Big Cookie, what about 100gm and 300gm cookies? Teammate: It is our promotional mechanic that includes 200g cookies as part of the combo. 

Question 6 Customer: Can I add-on 2 or more hot beverages instead of 1? Teammate: Each Value Combo comes with only 1 hot beverage. You can purchase two combos or additional hot beverages at normal price. 

Question 7 Customer: I don’t need cookies, Can I just pay for the coffee at value price? Teammate: The price is only applicable when you purchase the Value Combo. Question 8 Customer: Can I buy more than 1 combo? Teammate: Yes, you can.

Question 9 Customer: Can I purchase this Value Combo from other Famous Amos Outlets? Teammate: This promotion is only available at selected outlet at the moment. You may kindly reach out to Famous Amos Headquarters for further information. 

Question 10 Customer: Do you have Iced Americano/ Latte for this combo? Teammate: We only serve hot beverages at the moment. 

Question 11 Customer: What is the coffee cup size? Teammate: It’s an 8 oz cup & only one size available at the moment. 

Question 12 Customer: Can I request less sugar for the hot beverages? Teammate: Yes, you can.
