Please note that it may take up to three business days to receive the e-invoice at the email address you provided. Be sure to check your spam or junk folders as well.
To facilitate the retrieval of Tax Identification Number (TIN) :
• Check the TIN via the MyTax Portal (e-Daftar or Your Profile Information).
• Validate the TIN via the Validate Taxpayer’s TIN API before submitting e-Invoice.
• Contact the HASiL Contact Centre (03-8911 1000); or visit the nearest LHDNM offices.
