Customer: How can I request an e-Invoice for my purchase?
Teammate:
a) Request for your purchase receipt after making payment.
b) Scan the QR code at the bottom of your receipt.
c) You will be directed to the E-Invoice form.
d) Fill in all the required details.
e) Click the "Submit" button once completed.

Customer: How will I receive my E-Invoice?
Teammate: You will receive the validated e-Invoice via the email that you provided in the form.

Customer: When can I start scanning the QR code?
Teammate: You can start scanning from 12 PM the next day. The QR code is valid within the two (2) days from the date of purchase.
Question 4
Customer: What about the past transaction from previous month?
Teammate: You may proceed to LHDN portal for self-billed processes.
Question 5 Customer: What should I do if I lost my receipt?
Teammate: You can request a reprint at our outlet, or you can email your request to us at enquiry@famousamos.com.my.

Customer: What should I do if there is an issue with my E-Invoice?
Teammate: Kindly reach out to us at enquiry@famousamos.com.my. Please include your contact details and a brief description of your enquiry and purchase receipt.
