Wrong Delivery - Sarah Liyana

Thank you for the time you took to connect with us at Famous Amos.

First of all, please accept our sincere apologies on your recent experience with us. Upon reviewing the situation, you ordered Snack Pack 25g x 60 pcs x 4 (240pcs) = RM 920 however, the wrong item which is Classic Box 50g x 35 pcs x 4 cartons (140pcs) = RM 1,000 was being delivered to you. We have made to understand that this order is for an event hence, after receiving your feedback on the shortage of items, we immediately took the initiative to arrange special delivery of 100 pcs Classic Box 50g to your goodself even though the value is higher compared to the Snack Pack 25g which is your original order.  A complete address is required for delivery purpose hence, we have tried to communicate and contact your good self and your colleague - LainYoong on the address confirmation for the special delivery but left with no response, hence we have to deliver it to your office address that stated on the order form.

Even though we have delivered the wrong items to you,  you have proceeded to utilize the 140 pcs of the Classic Box 50g.  For the unused 100pcs of Classic Box 50g, we would like collect it back from your office.  Kindly advise the collection date, we shall arrange our logistic to pick up accordingly.

All orders placed with order confirmation are not allowed to cancel and all paid items are non-refundable.  Customers are encouraged to check their order immediately upon receiving for any deficiencies and/or damages. Once again, we deeply apologize on the situation you have encountered with us, and we appreciate that you could advise the soonest date for us to make an arrangement to collect the items from your good self.
